We are a small medical office that relies on a reliable phone and fax system. We used to have service through a large well known company and when we had issues I would have to call their customer service located in another state, listen to a menu, select the reason I was calling, wait on hold, talk to first level support that was never able to resolve the problem, the agent would put a "ticket" for 2nd level to investigate, days later someone would call me to tell me that a tech had to be dispatched to resolve our issue. After another few days the tech would come out and run tests and tell me that he did not have what was needed to resolve the issue and tell me that he would order the part. two weeks later they finally resolved our problem.
